Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of MundialPool ('Service'), operated by Phisistemas (phisistemas.mex@gmail.com). By accessing or using MundialPool, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

  • MundialPool is a FIFA World Cup 2026 prediction pool platform that allows organizers to create private prediction groups and invite participants to predict match scores across all 104 World Cup matches.
  • Pool organizers pay a one-time fee to create and manage a pool. Participants join pools for free.
  • MundialPool is not affiliated with FIFA. FIFA World Cup™ is a trademark of FIFA.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use MundialPool.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Pool plans (Pool $9.99 / Liga $24.99 / Torneo $59.99) are one-time payments for the duration of the FIFA World Cup 2026 (June 11 – July 19, 2026).
  • Gift codes are non-refundable once redeemed by the recipient.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MundialPool does not store credit card information.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before any participants have joined the pool. Email phisistemas.mex@gmail.com to request a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the pool has been actively used.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

  • Pool organizers are responsible for collecting entry fees from their participants using their own preferred payment methods (cash, Venmo, PayPal, etc.). MundialPool does not facilitate money transfers between organizers and participants.
  • Organizers are responsible for distributing prize money to winners. MundialPool is not responsible for any disputes between organizers and participants regarding prizes.
  • Organizers must not use MundialPool for illegal gambling activities where prohibited by local law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • You may not use MundialPool for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to manipulate leaderboards, exploit scoring bugs, or interfere with other users' participation.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
  • You may not use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
  • You may not resell or transfer your pool plan to another party.

6. Intellectual Property

  • MundialPool, its logo, and all platform content are owned by Phisistemas and protected by copyright.
  • FIFA World Cup™ and related marks are trademarks of FIFA. MundialPool has no affiliation with FIFA.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute MundialPool content without written permission.

7. Affiliate Program

  • MundialPool operates an affiliate program through Rewardful, offering 50% commission on referred sales.
  • Commissions are paid on sales completed through your unique referral link.
  • Fraudulent referrals (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in commission reversal and account termination.
  • Commission payouts are subject to Rewardful's payment schedule and minimum thresholds.

8. Advertising

  • Free plan pools may display advertisements served by Google AdSense.
  • Paid plan pools (Pool, Liga, Torneo) are ad-free.
  • We do not control the content of Google AdSense advertisements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • MundialPool is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, particularly during high-traffic World Cup match periods.
  • Match scores and standings are sourced from public data and may not be updated in real time.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phisistemas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MundialPool.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time by emailing phisistemas.mex@gmail.com.
  • Upon termination, your pool data and predictions will be deleted. Payments are non-refundable after the refund window.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform.
  • Continued use of MundialPool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
